Mozu is hurting Jakob, Silas and Baki's growths as units in the begging. Kaden and Ryoma get avoid needing to help her out since by that point she should be fine aside from Hp. Kaze, Saizo and Takumi can live for a bit if Mozu is a Villager and aren't affected to much in the beginning. The payoff later on when she is a Weapon Master, a Holy Bowman, or Buddy sealed Oboro for Holy Lancer is pretty great for the duo. Regardless, Hinata and Oboro help Mozu out when she needs it and are fine if she is a useless lump as a Villager. The worlds of Fire Emblem Fates are referred to as 'World of Conquest' and 'World of Birthright', or collectively 'World of Fates'. It is currently listed fourteenth in the Catalog of Heroes and when sorting heroes by Origin, between Fire Emblem Awakening and Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Doesn't help that Ryoma and Scarlet have 0 chill and want to start clearing maps immediately on their join so no time to deal with weapon rank issues at that point of the game. Fire Emblem Fates is the fourteenth game in the Fire Emblem series. Reclassing to Archer here isn't a very good option given you only have 1 seal until chapter 13 and Corrin+first Servant make wayyyyyy better use with it. The key for a good pairing with Azura is good availability to start working on the pairing right away, not hurting Shigure, and the other kid meshing well with Azura's growths. Azura is a double edged sword for kids since her offensive growths for them are amazing, but her bulk really hurts a lot of the kids. Shigure is one of the best kids, should he exist and not have a magical father. Pairing her is entirely for the Shigure and the second kid. No fast support with anyone but Corrin doesn't help the situation either. While she does give some nice Guard Stance bonuses, being in the back of guard stance means that isn't refreshing units(unless you have Rescue/Shelter and pick her up after she refreshes a unit). She herself needs nothing(aside from more move) since she doesn't do any combat and should never be attacked. Azura herself is a pain in-terms of pairings. So much offense on the frailest unit in the game and in a class that will never attack.
